凍天將盡,除下冬衣之際,貪吃儲肥了的身體亦現形。如到初夏才減磅,已遲了,宜家就要的起心肝正視冬肥的問題,不能再寬待那貪吃的嘴,對為食這一欲望要嚴加管制。
這幾日來我已每餐食少些,盡戒了甜,但挨到今日,只見磅數未有絲毫減退,偶爾還多一磅,可見這個冷冬儲下的脂肪是真夠多了。說到減肥,坊間很多方法我都試過,效果算是有的,但難在要跟足那些餐單或方法是很痛苦的一件事,所以後來我自行總結出,其實所有乜乜物物餐單,不外乎是食少些,只要能堅持每餐食少些,一、二個月下來已有不錯的減磅效果,如能繼續持之以恆,及加適量多步行,半年減十磅絕不是難事。
唉,不過世間的事,最怕就是堅持二字!例如今日,早餐我開一杯在點點綠買的穀類粉再另加芝麻雜糧粉的來食,午餐食了六隻水餃及二隻窩貼(太愛餃子的緣故),原本還好哋哋,但因食餃子時沒叫嘢飲(怕甜),之後始終敵不過想食番少少甜食來中和,所以開了包朱古力,食了二粒!那刻我覺得自己太無毅力,為食真的是我的天敵!仲拉埋人落水,要人一齊食,我好衰衰!
金牛座的人減肥大敵係衰為食,但好彩有反省能力,我今晚只食十二粒蕃茄仔及二大塊新鮮淮山當晚飯,宜家已消化完(感覺到)。

I agree. Honestly, we are slaves of our habits.
I have been keeping the same weight for the more than 25 years.(The variation is about 5 lb. max.) I don't have any craving on sweet/suger, snacks and tasty/yummy food. Actually, I don't eat any snacks. But I do enjoy different kinds of food. I have 3 meals a day. (My simple lunch is consisted of a banana/apple, a fruit scone and a cup of decafe. A big lunch makes me sleepy and that makes me unable to function effectively in my workplace. I eat more in breakfasts and dinners.) I try my best to have a balacned diet. No matter how busy I am, I make time drink enough water. I almost always choose to climb stairs instead of taking elevators or escalators if I have a choice. I have about 30 to 45 minutes exercise (while watching CSI, House, other TV programs or meditating) in 1 or 2 days. For me, keeping my weight is not an issue to me at all.
I just want to share my experience with you. Maybe you can try it and check out whether it works for you.

由於我先天體温比正常低,冬天要以吃保暖,食量倍增,體重上升。不過,天氣回暖後,不用以吃取暖,食量回復正常,體重下降。當然我一星期有多次大量運動是體重衡常的主因。
吃得少是不足夠的,還要做大量帶氧運動。知易行難,女孩子總是不喜歡流大汗,寧可吃「少」些,心理上感到安慰。可是吃得少只會減少肌肉而不會令脂肪減少,肌肉量減少了會減低熱量消耗,令身體更難消脂。而且,身體亦會適應這種變化,產生搖搖效應,下次要吃得「更少」來減肥呢。

Well, 其實所謂"為食", 可以是身體賴以保育每個細胞的基本要求, 即是, 為了養活每個細胞, 包括脂肪細胞, 身體會計算出妳需要吃多少東西, 適時發出"通知". 所以, 節食, 最難就是捱餓, 是真的餓, 如果妳不再吃東西, 某些細胞, 主要是脂肪細胞, 就會死! 妳當然想它們死, 但妳的身體卻不曉得, 更要盡力保護它們, 至使妳更覺肚餓!
Anyway, 能捱餓是減肥的首要條件, 但對於女士們, 偏偏就是個大難題, 因爲在設計上, 女人是生仔機器, 身體理應多脂肪, 用以保護胎兒. 唉, 真是苦了女士們, 天性應胖一點, 卻被"要求" 瘦一點:P

Hi,nice to 'meet' u here. Thanks for yr sharing, u have very healthy life. i am very surprised at u keeping the same weight for more than 25 yrs.Different to u, i like snacks,especially chocolate, cheese cake,sigh! Anyway, i'll try less in the coming days.

自聊思︰你說得非常正確,身體適應了少食物時,同樣的少不能再減磅,反而多少少便易反彈返,因此要吃得「更少」來減肥呢!

I truly admire each and everyone of those (of course, including you)who has his/her own blog. To have your own blog demands a lot of energy, time, wisdom, great sense of humor and patience. You have to keep learning, upgrading yourself, doing reflection on your own life, feeling the pulse of the society and so on. To be honest with you, I don't have those kinds of resources and quality. Also, I don't know how to write/type in Chinese. If I have a choice, I would like to use Chinese to express myself instead of English. And my computer skill is at the kindergarten level. I may have my own blog in the future if I can overcome all these limitations.
But I enjoy tremendously reading other people's blog and expressing my feedback. I have been learning a lot from you guys. By the way, I enjoy watching the photos and paintings that you have been posting.
